The source-locale string updates immediately; other locales keep their existing translated text. Click "Translate all" again to overwrite the now-stale translations.
Yes — only enabled locales get translated. App Store Connect lets you submit screenshots in a subset of locales and falls back to your default for the rest. Honest tier: hand-review the top 5 markets, skip locales you can't review at all.
