What this is
A browser-based tool for making App Store and Play Store screenshots. The editor is free for designing. Standard unlocks export (PNG/ZIP) and AI translation. AI adds the AI Studio (image generation and editing, template and copy generation).
Your designs are yours
Whatever you create with Screenshotify is yours. We claim no ownership, no licence, no anything. You can use the exports commercially, in App Store submissions, in marketing, anywhere.
Device frames and template assets
Device frames included in the editor are our own renderings (no Apple/Samsung/Google assets are bundled). Trademarks of those brands belong to their owners. Don't use the frames in a way that implies endorsement by Apple, Samsung, Google or anyone else.
AI features
The AI plan generates images, templates and copy via third-party AI providers (Google Gemini for images; Anthropic Claude for text and translation). You are responsible for what you generate and publish; don't use the AI features to create unlawful, infringing or deceptive content. AI image generation is subject to a fair-use limit (currently 200 images per month); we may adjust limits to keep the service sustainable. For App Store submissions, remember that store guidelines generally require screenshots to depict your actual app — use AI for backgrounds, art and copy, not to fabricate your app's UI.
What you can't do
- Use Screenshotify to make screenshots for apps that violate the App Store / Play Store guidelines (illegal content, malware, scams).
- Resell access to Screenshotify, the device frames, or the templates as a competing product.
- Abuse the AI features to process non-screenshot content at scale, or circumvent usage limits.
- Reverse-engineer the cloud sync or auth flow to extract other users' data.
Payment
Purchases are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record; they handle billing and VAT worldwide. We don't see or store card details. Subscriptions (Standard, AI, AI Pro) are billed monthly or yearly as chosen, and renew automatically until cancelled — cancel anytime in the Creem customer portal. The Single Export is a one-time purchase: it unlocks the watermark-free export of one specific design, exactly as shown in the free watermarked preview. The design is frozen at purchase so you can re-download the same files at any time; it never renews and never converts into a subscription. At checkout you consent to immediate access and acknowledge the effect on your right of withdrawal (see refunds).
Refunds
See the refund policy. Short version: because access is immediate, paid features are non-refundable once used; full refund if you haven't used a paid feature yet, plus goodwill at our discretion.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but offer no SLA on the free tier. Paid users get priority support but no specific uptime guarantee. AI features depend on third-party providers and may be temporarily unavailable.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything material, we'll post the new version here with a fresh "last updated" date. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes go to the Dutch courts unless EU consumer law mandates otherwise for your country.
