Refund Policy

14 days, no questions

If Screenshotify Pro doesn't work for you, mail support@screenshotify.app within 14 days of your most recent payment and we'll process a full refund through Lemon Squeezy. You don't have to explain why.

After 14 days

If you cancel a monthly subscription after 14 days, your access keeps running until the end of the billing period — you've already paid for that month. No partial refunds on the unused portion. Future months won't bill.

How refunds are processed

All payments go through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Refunds appear on the same card / method used to pay, usually within 3–5 business days. We don't issue store credit.

Chargebacks

If you'd open a chargeback with your bank, please email us first. It's almost always faster, and chargebacks lock the same email out of subscribing again automatically (a Lemon Squeezy restriction we don't control).
